Shortly after you move-in to your new home we will be
sending you an E1 Survey asking you to briefly inform us of your move-in process
and community satisfaction. The purpose of this survey is to ensure you are
satisfied with your Van Metre Community and Management. We will also send you
another survey roughly 150 days prior to the expiration of your lease to
follow-up and make sure we are still exceeding your expectations.
We are asking for your participation in these brief
surveys; both the new move-in and mid lease satisfaction surveys which will help
us understand where we’re strong and where we can improve. E1Surveys supports
the department of the Inspector General (IG) at the Van Metre Companies.
E1Surveys are designed to provide independent and/or confidential assessments of
apartment resident satisfaction for Van Metre’s multi-family residences. If you
have any questions, or need additional information or clarification, please feel
